The Route
Darwin to Cairns the first day was a 5 hour flight.
Next day departed Darwin - 2 hr 40 mins to Kupang in West Timor for immigration.
North to Ujungpandang [Makassar] in South Sulawesi for three days.
Across to Samarinda on the east of Borneo for four days. West to Pontianak for a night.
Then south to North Bali for four days.
Then West to Java, taking two days to get to Jakarta where we stayed two nights and then returned via Denpasar for a night and then across to Dili in East Timor for the last night.

The History or Story Behind My Site
I have put this site together as a way of sharing my travels with friends and enable them to visit some of the most fantastic places in the world.
Many people only dream of visiting these places and I hope you enjoy the story and images of our adventures.

Others Trips
Rod and his plane have taken us on many other adventures,mainly to Papua New Guinea.
